I am a Cincinnati native. After receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University in 2013, I decided to continue my studies in a field specifically dedicated to my passion for helping those struggling with mental health issues. I received my graduate-level training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University in 2015. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a designation to provide clinical supervision (LPCC-S) and Nationally Certified Counselor, licensed to practice in Ohio. Additionally, I earned my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands.
I understand how difficult it must be to go through life, sometimes feeling lost, worried, insecure, and stuck. With a history in working with children and families as a school-based therapist within Cincinnati Public Schools, as well as the collegiate population in a university counseling center, I have experience tailoring treatment to meet the needs of each individual. With an emphasis on treating teens and adults dealing with anxiety, struggles with life transitions, and self-esteem, I aid clients in embracing their inner strengths to promote growth and healing. Taking a strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral approach, I partner with individuals to untangle jumbled thoughts to provide clarity and work towards discovering purpose.
