Limitless Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC

Helping teens (14 & up) and millennials navigate self-doubt, anxiety,
and stress about the world around them.

Not Currently Accepting New Clients

Does your anxiety feel uncontrollable? Are you feeling stuck or struggling through trying to figure out what you want out of life? Doubting yourself and stressed out because you think you should “have it all figured out” by now? Maybe even wearing a mask of strength for friends and family, but falling apart on the inside?

It’s not easy to “go through the motions” daily, just to endure the stress of not living the life you want for yourself. While I can’t promise you that all of your stress will be eliminated, I can aid you in developing skills to manage. I offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about and process feelings and emotions, while supporting you and providing clarity in life, career, relationships, and more.

You may feel consumed with panic, fear, stress, and worry that can be paralyzing. Your invasive thoughts or self-defeating beliefs may cycle, causing you to avoid people, places, or events.

Life Transitions

Whether you’re struggling with the transition from high school to college, college to the “real world”, recently relocated, got a new job, or just experiencing major changes in your life, stress is inevitable.

It’s easy for our confidence and self-esteem to be affected by all that goes on around us, whether that be constantly comparing ourselves to others, rejections and disappointments, or just truly fighting an internal battle that seems impossible to win.

Teen and Adolescent Issues (14 & up)

Teenage years can be challenging, confusing, and full of growth. This time may be filled with struggles to fit in, self-confidence, keeping up with peer expectations, conflict with parents, peer relationships, and constant comparisons to what’s seen on social media.
